Lancaster New City May Forever: Kasalang Bayan 2016

Cavite Real Estate Thursday, August 04, 2016

Everyone has their own "Dream Wedding", for me I want it to be magical. Being single myself, I got teary eyed every time I attend a wedding, why? simply because I find the couple very lucky to finally find one another. There are hundreds of people in the world, even millions and to finally find the right one for you is I guess, something that you can cherish for the rest of your life.

Just last week, I experience yet again another heart-warming Kasalang Bayan at Lancaster New City, located at the heart of Cavite City. It was attended by 17 couples. The ceremony happened at Church of the Holy Family Chapel inside Lancaster New City, Cavite.

These 17 couples were pre-selected by Lancaster New City, owned by ProFriends (Property Company of Friends, Inc.), a real estate company. They were asked to pass requirements and after days of waiting, they were selected to undergo some seminar, counseling then it's been a whirlwind of activities. From doing pre-nuptial videos and photos down to the main event. Lancaster New City shoulder all the expenses, from the ceremony to the reception, giveaways and even their wedding cake! How wonderful can that be?

This Kasalang Bayan held at Church of the Holy Family Chapel at Lancaster New City gave the couple an experience that they will forever cherish for the rest of their lives. This is just perfect since some of the couples have been dreaming of a church wedding but due to lack of funds, they can't pursue this dream. This is marks the 17th anniversary of Lancaster New City thus they picked 17 couples. True to mission of valuing the core of Family as one of the basic foundation in our society, they held this wonderful Kasalang Bayan to support the couples in building their family with the blessing of the church.

The newly weds at Church of the Holy Family Chapel

Just when you think everything is perfect at the wedding ceremonial, when we reached the reception at Leighton Hall just infront of Church of the Holy Family Chapel, everything was indeed magical! It looks so elegant! It's as if I am attending the wedding of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, that's how beautiful the arrangement of everything, from the theme down to every part of the menu served.

The food was excellent, everyone was having the time of their lives especially the couples since they were treated like royal couples too. The reception was even more memorable because of the music plus the couples even did a sweet dance number as well.

We also got the chance to interview one of the 17 couples who got married that day. Meet Jone and Jocelyn. "Naiilang ako sa tuwing magkasama kami kasi malayo ang agwat namin sa isa't isa." According to Jocelyn. They were 12 years apart. People were saying all sorts of things against their age gap but they do not to listen to them and just held on to the love that they have. After two years of dating, they decided to move in together. They were blessed with a daughter after three years.

Congratulations to the newly weds! There's a new reason to believe that there's such a thing as "May Forever" May your love for one another last eternally!

Lancaster New City offers the best place for couples who wanted to start something new. If they are planning to get married in the future, Lancaster New City is ideal for a magical and kilig overload wedding. It is open not only for Lancaster New City residents and Cavite residents but also to other couple living in Metro Manila and across the Philippines. The Church of the Holy Family Chapel is well ventilated, safe and has a big seating capacity perfect for the whole family, friends and colleagues. Leighton Hall is also the perfect venue for the reception it can hold a lot of guests and you can arrange the specific

theme you want as well.

After the wedding, it’s ideal for married couples to move out from parents or in-laws and establish your own home. But it needs careful decision-making. You and your spouse will need to consider location, type of home, price and the quality of the community, among others.

As you begin to shop, identify the things you actually need in a home and the ones that you just want. Narrow down your options. Calculate the costs. Check out various communities.

These days, real estate developers are building communities that are not only affordable but also family-centered. One neighborhood that’s known for this is Lancaster New City in Cavite. Dubbed as “The Family-Friendly City".

Experience a Complete Community at Lancaster New City Cavite

Cavite Houses for Sale Monday, November 03, 2014

A new city rises in Mega Manila and it’s unlike any other you’ve seen before. Another quality development by property developer and game changer Property Company of Friends, Inc. or simply PRO-FRIENDS, Lancaster New City is a haven of quality homes to Filipino families.

Deeply rooted in understanding the needs of the Filipino family, PRO-FRIENDS dared to make a difference by envisioning a one-of-a kind township community near the Metro that would enable the family to completely bond with each other. Starting with its first phase in 2007, Lancaster has quickly evolved into a master-planned community that spans to more than 1,400 hectares that covers Kawit, Gen. Trias, and Imus Cavite. Situated near the Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX),families may now have an option to own reasonably priced homes in a unique township near Metro Manila that focuses in providing families with the most important aspect of their lives…to LIVE, LEARN, WORK, PLAY, and WORSHIP.

LIVE

Lancaster New City currently has a selection of two-storey and three-storey townhomes and two-storey single attached homes designed for young professionals, start-up families and bigger growing families. Each home is efficiently laid out to have sufficient space for the dwellers to comfortably move around inside the house.

Last September, Lancaster New City introduced six new Modern Asian inspired homes that celebrated the use of light and space. Its high ceilings and windows are created to allow more light and ventilation inside the rooms. Putting into consideration the importance of theinternet to any growing family, four of the new house models (Briana, Chessa, Mabelle, and Adelle) have ready outlets for home internet cables.

Residents of selected house models have their very own Family Courtyard or Family Enclaves, extra spaces either at the back or in front of each single attached home where children may safely play or they may have their special private gatherings.

LEARN

More than just providing homes, Lancaster New City sought to make high quality, affordable education accessible to its residents. St. Edward Integrated School (SEIS), a school established inside Lancaster New City in 2012, gives families the option to send their children to a school that prides in raising globally competitive students with a strong sense of character. It has a dynamic project-oriented curriculum which aims to address the needs of different types of learners. It has life labs, clubs and organizations that allow students to develop their talents and be equipped with real life practical skills. Moving forward, SEIS will have institutes of learning that is generally a mere 400 meter walk from the nearest residential area.

WORK

Inside Lancaster New City is the pioneer IT Park of Cavite, SuntechiPark. Being PRO-FRIENDS’ first office IT Park development, SuntechiPark is designed to give the residents an option to work close to home, thus giving them more time to spend with the family. Lancaster New City is also developing its transport system that would easily bring the residents from their place of work to their homes in less time.

PLAY

Acknowledging the need for families to constantly bond with each other, Lancaster New City will be building Downtown Lancaster, a 25-hectare commercial-business-lifestyle district that will provide retail and leisure activities to both office workers and its residents. Within Downtown Lancaster, residents and office workers alike will enjoy the convergence of SuntechiPark with the Square, its commercial area, and Central Greens.

The Square will be a sprawling commercial center that houses several commercial and retail establishments. In 2013, The Square already opened its first commercial building and houses a selection of restaurants, wellness boutiques, and other service centers.

Central Greens will be a place of relaxation amidst the commercial and retail districts with its tree-shaded pathways, pocket gardens, and children’s playground.

WORSHIP

A community will never be complete without a place of worship…where parents would teach their children about the importance of faith. At the heart of Lancaster New City is the Church of the Holy Family. Built in 2012, the Church of the Holy Family became a place of worship where families may attend Sunday mass, hold their wedding vows and ceremonies, or celebrate the Simbang Gabi tradition.

This is Lancaster New City, a constantly evolving township in Cavite that aims to provide the Filipino family with a complete community. At the heart of Lancaster New City is a development for the family….where the family is completely sure.
