Formula 5 Hits a Milestone with Electrifying Anniversary Concert

OPM’s rising male band Formula 5 celebrated their first anniversary in electrifying fashion with a live concert held at Viva Café on October 29. The night was filled with music, energy, and passion as the group showcased their musical journey, proving that they’re one of the freshest acts to watch in the local scene.
Fronted by Direk Frank Lloyd Mamaril—known for his acclaimed work as a film and music video director—Formula 5 captivated the crowd with their signature blend of heartfelt lyrics, catchy melodies, and tight harmonies. The concert highlighted not only the band’s chemistry but also their deep connection with their growing fan base.

The anniversary show featured a mix of original songs and crowd-favorite covers, each performance underscoring the group’s artistry and versatility. Formula 5 has been busy doing local and international shows including their recent trip in Korea where they performed. They also did some TV and radio guestings at DZMM Teleradyo and NET25 Kada Umaga.
Last August 2025, Formula 5 was awarded as the Rising Star Male Vocal Group at the Legacy Awards 2025, also in the same month, they were featured in the New York Time Square billboard. All these achievements in one year and more to come!
