Behind the boyish charms comes a brave disposition. Vico Sotto showcases a future public servant who wants nothing but to bring CHANGE in Pasig City.

Vico Sotto, 29 years old, is the son of television host and comedian Vic Sotto and actress/ host Coney Reyes. In case the Vico wins the upcoming election, he will be Pasig’s first local executive with a surname other than Eusebio in almost three decades.

In 1992, Vicente “Enteng” Eusebio — the family’s patriarch — was elected as the city’s mayor. When his nine-year term ended in 2001, he was succeeded by his wife, Soledad Cruz-Eusebio. Vicente again ran in 2004 while Robert ran in 2007 and served as mayor until 2013. Sotto is expected to go up against incumbent re-electionist Roberto “Bobby” Eusebio. Since then, it's been 27 years since the Eusebio's have reign in Pasig City.

Vico took up AB Political Science at Ateneo de Manila University and took Master's Degree in Public Management at Ateneo School of Government

He served as a councilor of Pasig for one term and he proposed the bill "Pasig Transparency Ordinance" which is the first local law about Freedom of Information in Metro Manila. Some of his experience in the government office were: He is a Project Associate at Board Member for Government Watch, Inc. , a volunteer at the Offiuce of Rep. Roman Romulo, Legislative Staff Officer at Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Quezon City, Intern at Miriam Center for Peace Education, Professorial Lecturer at Arellano University and Professional Fellow Youth Southeast Asdian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI).

Vico shared his plans and platform for Pasig City which includes the following:

1. KALUSUGAN NG PANGKALAHATAN
Libreng konsultasyon, gamot, ospital at iba pang gastusing medikal.
Paggamit ng isang modernong Health IT System.

Buong pagpapatupad ng Pasig Transparency (Freedom of Information) Oridnance of 2018.
Pagtatag ng Government Efficiency and Anti-Corruption Commision.

Vico shared that his parents, both Vic and Coney have been very supportive of his decision to run as Mayor in Pasig. Although they were hesitant at first, fearing for his security and how politics run, they still gave him the best of support and guidance that he can receive.

His parents advice to him is to always take care of himself and be the best that he can be so that he can serve well and give his 101% to the people.

Not only Vic and Coney supprts Vico but the whole Sotto clan also showed support to his candidacy. According to Vico, Danica and Paulina went door to door to promote Vico in Pasig and even other family members. He is grateful for all the support and guidance he is getting from the family, also from one of his mentor, his brother L.A. Mumar.

If Pasigueños want CHANGE, then VICO SOTTO is the answer. Someone who will be as dedicated and true to being a public servant.
