HORSESHOE Studios debuts with a Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 entry - OTLUM directed by Joven Tan. 

OTLUM which means MULTO or ghost is a story of wanting to be accepted, rejection and revenge. 

Fred (Buboy Villar) has always wanted to feel like he belonged - and attention is the last thing that he can expect from family and friends. He then meets a group of friends in campus, Allan (Jerome Ponce), Dindo (Ricci Rivero), Verna (Michelle Vito, Erwin (Vitto Marquez) and Caloy (Danzel Fernandez), a mix of spoiled and nice students whose personalities will clash on how they will treat Fred who is desperate to be part of their group. The group led by Allan despite the strong disapproval of Dindo decided to take in Fred in one condition - he has to go through an initiation.

Fred is posed  with a simple challenge - stay inside an old, abandoned orphanage for one night. It sounds easy until Fred discovers that he is inexplicably stuck inside the orphanage and there's no way out. 

The abandoned orphanage having deep dark story in the past - the group are not spared with a bunch of problems coming their way. With OTLUMs out in revenge roaming around the abandoned orphanage, the mysteries are just waiting to be uncovered. 

Starring 32nd Star Awards for TV Best Actor Jerome Ponce and Twitter Philippines Most-Talked about Filipino Athlete for 2017 and 2018 - College Basketball Sensation Ricci Rivero on his first acting role joined by the industry's best artists Michelle Vito, Vitto Marquez, Buboy Villar, Kiray Celis, Ynigo Delen and introducing Danzel Fernandez with John Estrada, Irma Adlawan, Pen Medina and with special participation of Jairus Aquino, Vivoree Esclito and Ping Medina.

OTLUM opens on Christmas Day, December 25, 2018 and Rated PG by MTRCB.
