Arjo and Ria Atayde in MMK on December 8 plus their MMFF 2018 film entry

For the first time, real life siblings Arjo Atayde and Ria Atayde will be in one project together and this is in MMK which will be shown on December 8, 8:30 pm via ABS-CBN.
A true to life story of environmentalist Armin Marin and Rosedel Marin played by Arjo Atayde and Ria Atayde who dedicated their life for the sake of Sibuyan Island, Romblon for the sake of the whole community.
According to Arjo and Ria, it was a dream come true to work with each other. Flashback to when we got the chance to interview Ria Atayde for her episode in Ipaglaban Mo, she shared that she really wish she can work with her brother Arjo and at that time she thought is was a bit impossible since Arjo has a very tight schedule but fast forward to the present, it became a reality.
Ria shared that like her in real life, her role Rosedel loves her family very much and she is an idealist and a devoted environmentalist. For Arjo, he praised his sister saying, "Magaling sya, at very professional. Walang awkward feeling with her. Walang ilangan, as soon as we start shooting, we were both into our own characters, it's now Ria or Arjo anymore. It's Armin and Rosedel."
Ria and Arjo are very excited for their MMK episode, not everyone gets the chance to be part of the longest running program in ABS-CBN plus they get to be together as well, it's a dream come true for both of them and they can't wait for the viewers to watch it and appreciate the lives of the environmentalists who are fighting for something that will benefit a lot of people.
Their episode will be shown on December 8, 8:30pm.
Both Ria Atayde and Arjo Atayde are part of the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 and since it will be their first time (Arjo was part of MMFF in the past but just a cameo role in Ang Panday with Coco Martin), they are very excited of the festive activities that awaits them. First off is the parade before the grand opening on December 25.
Ria Atayde is part of The Girl in the Orange Dress starring Jessy Mendiola and Jericho Rosales while Arjo Atayde is part of Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles starring Vic Sotto, Coco Martin and Maine Mendoza.
Arjo shared how was his experience working with Coco again after Ang Probinsyano and he shared that, "Same po as before, walang nagbago, mas lalo syang naging perfectionist which is really good for quality purposes and for everyone to look good on screen, he helps and always has. He wants nothing but the best for this film." Arjo also shared that his dream role is to portray a character that has 24 personalities which he hopes he can do by next year and then he will also have a show by 2020.
When asked about Maine Mendoza if he is happy with her, all Arjo can say is that, "I'm more than happy."
