The Jim Carrey of the Philippines is back, after his blockbuster hit movie Woke Up Like This, Vhong Navarro creates an UNLI LIFE just to win back a love that he never wants to let go, but will he able to accomplish this?

Meet the cast of UNLI LIFE
In Unli Life, Vhong portrays Benedict, who is given a chance to mend the breakup with his girlfriend, played by Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez, by going back in time through the help of a magic whiskey, called “wishkey.”
By drinking “wishkey,” Benedict is transported in different time periods, such as the Dinosaur Era, Magellan, and the '70s Era, in an effort to correct his mistakes and prevent her girlfriend from breaking up with him in the current time.
The film tackles about how much willing one is willing to go great lengths to get back that one person you love the most and what one is willing to do just to preserve it.
Direk Miko shared that Vhong is the perfect actor who can portray the role of Benedict well, because they really want to be the movie as light and comical as possible but the lesson of the story will still remain plus Vhong has a lot of fans when it comes to playing as a comedian which is why the role suits him well, the story is simple but the way the cast will travel back in time puts all the hard work of the cast and the crew. According to Vhong and Winwyn, they enjoyed the costumes specifically the stone age era because of their make up, they hope that people will enjoy the movie since they can also watch it with the whole family.
This is the first time that Winwyn will be playing the role of a leading lady in a film plus a comedy film at that which is why it was challenging for her since most of her roles were Kontrabida ones. She shared that she always makes it a point to check her facial expression since she got used to playing the "masungit" roles. She added that working with Vhong was a dream dream come true because before she used to just watch him perform and she was a big fan of Streetboys as well which is why she is very thankful to be his leading lady in the movie.
Vhong also praised Winwyn on being a professional and being a versatile actress because she can do different roles now aside from being an amazing dancer and also a Beauty Queen. He even said that, "namana nya nya yan kay Ms. Alma Moreno pointing to Joey Marquez jokingly then said ay Joey Marquez.." which made everyone laugh. Vhong added, "Iba ang sense of humor ng isang Joey Marquez at napasama nya yun kay Winwyn.."
Vhong also shared that is he was offered any movie, he would always make it a point to suggest that he gets to work with Joey Marquez because he has given him a lot of inspiration in being an actor, he looks up to him as a mentor.
The movie is directed by Miko Livelo, and Unli Life marks his second full-length commercial directorial job.His credentials include being the writer and director of the 2013 indie film Blue Bustamante and as a writer for number of television series.
Unli Life is a star-studded movie that also stars Joey Marquez, Ejay Falcon, Donna Cariaga, Jon Lucas, Isabelle de Leon, Alex Calleja, Kamille Filoteo, Red Ollero with James Caraan, Anthony Andres, and Jun Urbano. Special participation includes Dimples Romana, Joem Bascon, Jun Sabayton, Epi Quizon and Jhong Hilario.
Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino opens August 15 - 21.
