RIA ATAYDE on working with #KATHNIEL & her dream director Cathy Garcia-Molina in THE HOWS OF US

RIA ATAYDE proves that she can achieve and fulfill her dreams on her own, step by step because she is driven and focused. There's no denying how projects can pouring in for her since she is very professional in what she does and a versatile actress at that.
Her TV stints started from Ningning way back in 2015 and since then she has done several challenging roles in Maalaala Mo Kaya and Ipaglaban Mo. Now, she is ready to hit the big screen with no less than the famous love team KathNiel Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in"The Hows of Us" directed by box-office director Cathy-Garcia Molina.
In the movie, "The Hows of Us" Ria plays the best friend of George (played by Kathryn Bernardo). She will somehow play a vital role in keeping George and Primo (Daniel Padilla) together. Ria shared that it was a wonderful experience working with #KathNiel saying, "They're such nice people. Super kind and nakakakilig even off camera."
On working with Direk Cathy, Ria said that it was a big check on her bucket list on working with Direk Cathy since Her Mom Sylvia Sanchez and brother Arjo Atayde has yet to work with the box-office director. "It's an honor. I'm so happy. She's such a nice, welcoming and passionate person. She knows what she wants and I learned a lot from her. " Direk Cathy also said that she was happy that Ria played the role since she is really a good actress.
Ria described their movie "The Hows of Us" - "Hits a bit too close home. Masaquette" as she shared on her Twitter account. This just means that this film is very relatable to all especially for those couples who have been together and has been experiencing struggles to balance their life and love for each other.
Aside from her busy schedule of promoting "The Hows of Us", Ria is also part of the teleserye via ABS CBN "Halik". Here she plays the cousin of Christian Bables who works in his and Jericho Rolsales' company. She plays a bit boyish in the series because she grew up close to the guys and she became tough because of the industry they worked in. Ria shared that she enjoys working with the rest of the staff and crew, the director and writers were very hands on and collaborative which is something she thinks is awesome for the actors.
Aside from this, Ria is also part of a reality show where er good friend Enchong Dee tagged her to be part of an extreme adventure in "Extreme Ends". Extreme Ends is a reality show featuring four celebrities and their special guests experiencing the many diverse sides of Hong Kong. Side by side, Enchong and Ria, as each other’s favorite adventure buddy, they should always be ready to push their boundaries in this exciting experience.
Ria shared her experience in Hong Kong, "It was so much fun. There were physical activities and some games. It was a different experience and it was nice to experience that with Enchong. -What are the first experience u had while doing the show. - First time doing a certain water sport. First time actually proving my balance. First time to do the activities I did in HK. "
Extreme Ends will air starting on October via KIX - available via Cablelink Ch. 31, Cignal TV Ch. 264, Destiny Cable Ch. 10, Gsat Ch. 117, and SKYcable SD Ch. 63 and HD Ch. 242.
Ria is also slated to do another movie to be released this November and is part of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2018 entry The Girl in the Orange Dress together with Jericho Rosales, Jessy Mendiola, Sheena Halili and more.
