STAR MAGIC never runs out of fresh and talented artists that is ready to take on the spotlight and give life to heartwarming stories just like the latest romance-drama film “Dito Lang Ako" starring Michelle Vito and Jon Lucas with Aikihiro Blanco.
The story revolves on how Nelia waits for Delfin—a man she lost 40 years ago—to return. Unwilling to forget the romance that he spent with him, she recalls their tale amid the hustle and bustle of Quezon City.
As Nelia and Delfin’s story unfolds, Dito Lang Ako becomes more than just a recollection of a past romance. It reveals an achingly compassionate story of heartfelt passion, tender moments and most of all, unselfish love.
The cast were present during the Bloggers Conference of "Dito Lang Ako" that took place at Peri Peri Charcoal Chicken located at Trinoma, Quezon City.
Leading the film are Jon and Michelle, who are both very much grateful to have finally fulfilled their dream of having their first headlining role in "Dito Lang Ako".
"Syempre lahat kami, siguro lahat ng nasa showbiz, lahat ng artista gusto maging leading man, leading lady, so finally parang, achieved na siya para sa akin and iba yung pakiramdam na oh naging leading lady na ako." Michelle said.
While he admits to being pressured at first since he doesn't have any "hugot" yet, Jon eventually enjoyed the fact that he had a chance to work with Michelle as her leady man at that. "Nung nalaman ko nga po na si Michelle Vito ang makaka-partner ko, natuwa ako ng sobra kasi magkaibigan kami ni Michelle tapos inexpect ko agad na magiging magaan sa set," said Jon "Tapos magaling pa si Michelle so nakakadala"
Jon answered question regarding his fatherhood and although a lot of people were surprised that he is now a father at an early age he considers it a big blessing for him, on having a baby and he's ready to take the challenge of becoming a good, loving and supportive father.
Akihiro Blanco plays the third-party role named Victor and according to him, he also enjoyed working with Jon and Michelle, the set was light and everything worked out smoothly.
The cast hopes that the moviegoers will feel the same kind of passionate love that Nelia and Delfin have for each other as they watch the film. "Hindi dahilan ang mga pagsubok sa mga magkakarelasyon para i-give up ang love. Kailangan pa rin na ipaglaban hanggang sa huli." Jon said.
