Hiro Peralta, Renz Valerio & Betong Celebrated their Birthday at Christian Compassion Ministries

Last November 11, certified Kapuso stars Hiro Peralta, Renz Valerio and Betong Sumaya or better known as "Amazing Betong" celebrated their most memorable birthday yet at Christian Compassion Ministries in Antipolo Rizal.

It was a meaningful birthday for them because it was their first time to celebrate their birthday in a charity work, not only are they glad that they are celebrating another year but grateful to celebrate it with the wonderful girls at Christian Compassion Ministries.

The event was hosted by no less than the ever sexy Tess Bomb!

Christian Compassion Ministries has already celebrated their 19 years last May.

The orphanage is based at Antipolo Rizal but they have another branch which is a community based at Cubao (Cubao Reform Baptist Church) where they give educational assistance to needy children. The project is church based ministry, they are helping the children study and at the same time sharing the good news of the Lord to them.

To date, the orphanage has a total of 50 children in Antipolo, 10 boys at Cubao

age range, the youngest is 4 years old and the oldest is 18 years old. They have 2 college students.

After the birthday celebrants were welcomed by Christian Compassion Ministries, the girls performed a song number, "All of Me" by John Legend. While I am amazed on how the girl played the guitar so well, she also have a very nice voice! She can very well audition in any singing competition!

Hirojenel Benz Magalona Peralta or better known as Hiro Peralta celebrated his birthday last November 7. He is half Filipino and Half Japanese. He made his acting debut when he joined the cast of Tween Hearts where he was paired with Kim Rodriguez. He is the nephew of late Master Rapper Francis Magalona and cousin of Maxene Magalona, Frank Magalona, Saab Magalona, and Elmo Magalona. He is also the grandson of late veteran actor Pancho Magalona. He was recently part of Anna Karenina and My Bff.

Albert Sumaya Jr. or better known as Betong is a journalist and comedian. He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Filipino and minor in Mass Communication, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He used to be a part of Unang Hirit. Betong participated in, and won, the GMA reality show Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown in November 2011. Right now, he is part of Vampire ang Daddy Ko.

Renz Michael Valerio or simply Renz Valerio celebrated his birthday last November 10.

He began acting back when he was 3 years old doing TV Commercials. He took part in the drama series Noel aired on GMA Network. He was part of Basang Sisiw where he showcased his amazing talent is drama, then Pyra: Ang Babaeng Apoy, Nino and Ismol Family.

The birthday celebrants shared their wishes before they blew the candle.

Hiro's wish was, “sana sa career marami pang trabahong matanggap. Sana healthy ako; every year gumigising ako na okay ako."

While Renz Valerio wishes he would grew taller, "Ako po gusto ko pong maging kasing tangkad ni Kuya Hiro,” he joked after Hiro shared his birthday wish.

He added, “siyempre po good health para long life, success rin sa career kasi it's a long way to go. Gusto ko pong maabot yung mga naabot ng mga idol ko. And sana, dumalas po 'yung mga ganito, 'yung pag-give back sa mga tao. Fortunate po kami, 'yung iba less fortunate, so sana makapag-share po kami sa mga tao."

Betong who has had a successful career for the past few years was teased that he doesn’t need to wish for anything. He answered, “I just wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."

Birthdays will never be complete without gift giving! Renz, Betong and Hiro shared the blessings to the girls of Chirtian Compassion Ministries. They were all excited to receive an early Christmas gift from them.

Not only that, GMA Artist Center also shared 3 desk fan to the Ministry! In return, the children sung a Christmas/Thank you song for the celebrants and made a personalized

greeting card for them too.

Birthdays doesn't need to be that grand, according to Hiro, Renz and Betong, this Birthday celebration is one of a kind and they wish they can do it every year.
