Haunted Forest: Horror Film Entry of Regal Films for MMFF 2017

Regal Films has been known for years now in producing quality horror films that truly gives its viewers the goosebumps, chills and nightmares just like their one of a kind creation of Shake, Rattle and Roll, Tyanak, Halimaw sa Banga, Undin and this 2017, Metro Manila Film Festival will not be complete without an entry from Regal Films which is they they are proud to present the lone horror film entry, "Haunted Forest".
"Haunted Forest" is topbilled by Jane Oineza, Jameson Blake, Maris Racal, Jon Lucas, Joey Marquez and Raymart Santiago, with special participation of Miho Nishida & Myrtle Sarrosa.
The cast shared their reaction upon learning that Haunted Forest is officially part of Metro Manila Film Festival. According to them, it was an overwhelming experience because not everybody gets the chance to be part of MMFF.
The cast sharing their experience of doing a horror film.
"Haunted Forest" is written by Jeps Gallon and under the direction of international award-wining director, Ian Lorenos. Haunted Forest revolves around the estranged relationship of policeman Aris (played by Raymart Santiago) and his daughter Nica (Jane Oineza). Their gap worsens when Aris is reassigned to the province which Nica detests. Something mysterious takes place in the forest where Nica starts seeing and feeling an unexplained force. Some call it Sitsit, a mysterious elemental inside the haunted forest that would change their lives forever.

Will the dreaded "Sitsit" strengthen or is it off destroy Aris and Nica Family? Will Nica's friendship with Mitch (Maris), RJ (Jameson) and Andre (Jon) help out in the solving the mystery beyond the haunted forest.
This Christmas, "Haunted Forest will take the audience to an uncomfortable place, a realm where nothing is safe. Where everyone can be a victim or the suspect.
Aside from the Regal teen stars, also part of the "Haunted Forest" are seasoned actors Raymart Santiago and Joey Marquez, Completing the cast are Jerald Napoles, Betong Sumaya, Myrtle Sarosa, Miho Nishida, Beverly Salvejo, Fiona Yang and Kelvin Miranda.
