In the Philippines, Filipinos love rice is a cliche because almost every household eats rice two or three times a day, thus, starting a rice retailing business or bigasan makes a lot of sense. You have consumers who buy in great numbers and food establishments who order in bulk.
Thus, becoming a rice dealer or retailer can net you good profits because of its daily demand. And with a low starting capital of about P80,000 to P120,000 — it’s also an affordable business to start as well.
Grainsmart, is the leading retail chain stores of special rice grains in the Philippines. Grainsmart positions itself to contribute to Filipinos the superior quality rice we truly deserve. It’s growth comes from the sensibility of providing the reasonable price for the consumer – when earning comes at the least and prioritize helping the Philippine rice industry to gain prospering the economy.
Conceptualized after years of study how to form a rice retail chain the community must count on, Grainsmart finally made its debut in early 2014. Not minding to compete with its neighboring rice dealers, Grainsmart won the trust of its loyal customers by regulating the price, thus offering a more competitive pricing scheme.
From traditional rice box, Grainsmart introduced a design-patent glass rice dispenser that presents clean rice grains. Thus curious consumers built trust from its insect-free dispensers. With its networks in the small to medium scale farmers from Central and Northern Luzon as well as Mindoro and Palawan, Grainsmart partnered with them to help them achieve a sustainable livelihood.
Grainsmart not only offers the accustomed white rice, but colored rice as well. It strives to re-introduce to Filipinos the healthier side of eating rice.
This 2017, before the year end, Grainsmart officially announced that the Comedy Queen is their official brand ambassador.
Ms. Eloisa Luistro, Franchise account manager shared why Ms. Ai Ai Delas Alas is the perfect brand ambassador of Grainsmart and in fact, she added that Ms. AiAI embodies the core values of Grainsmart which is perfect for every Filipino household since Ms. AiAi has been doing wholesome projects and has been tagged as the Comedy Queen and Tanging Ina for years now.
