Last March, GMA Artist Center held a sun summer party together with the Bloggers and three of the hottest hunks of GMA 7: Juancho Trivino, Vince Velasco and Enzo Pineda. The summer party happened at Louisse Private Resort at Antipolo Rizal.

Vince Velasco became popular when he portray a gay role in My Husband's Lover.

Before he ended up doing acting stints, he's been busy with modeling which is why he has this cool attitude and confidence.

He will be part of an upcoming teleserye soon via Kapuso Network which is why he is also busy doing workshops. While we interview him, I really find his potential when it comes to hosting. According to Vince, he has been auditioning for hosting stints but he's still waiting for that wonderful project. He would be perfect to host a traveling show. He also confided that

his dream girl is Jasmine Curtis Smith. He finds her really beautiful and talented. Aside from this he is also looking forward working with Julie Anne San Jose whom he finds very talented as well.

Juancho Trivino on the other hand has been very busy balancing studies and acting.

He'll be graduating soon which will give him more time to focus on his acting career.

With Juancho being part of Bubble Gang and Insta Dad, we all know that this guy knows how to be versatile. According to him, it's still much easier to make people laugh via comedy show since for him it is more natural to be funny. He added that he was welcomed in Bubble Gang with open arms, everyone was very nice especially Michael V. With Insta Dad, he'll be paired with fellow GMA Artist Center stars Ashley Ortega. This will be aired every Sunday

4:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon.

It's always fun interviewing Enzo Pineda because he is very natural and will always answer straight to the point. He will always engage you into a wonderful conversation about almost anything under the sun which is why we were updated with his latest projects and activities.

After More Than Words, Enzo is now busy with an upcoming commercial and photo shoots for a magazine cover. He is also a mainstay of Sunday All Stars where he showcases how amazing he is when it comes to the dance floor. Since it's summer time, Enzo said that this is the perfect time to have that "Me Time"so that he can spend more time with his family and also his off screen girl friend. He is planning to go to the U.S. to watch Manny Pacquiao's fight and also get to travel around. Enzo will also be a part of an upcoming event of GMA 7 on May 7 at Boracay.

When asked if he is ready to accept more mature roles he said that he is more than ready since this will be a perfect time to showcase his versatility. He doesn't have any limitations when it comes to accepting roles, in fact he is thankful to GMA Artist Center for always giving him the right project that will showcase how he good he is in this craft. He wish that he would be a part of an action movie/project like a war movie since this is a very rare project or any project that will challenge him. Aside from acting he is also enjoying doin sports like Triathlon and wake boarding among other things.

Kapuso InstaDate with Elmo, Janine, Ashley, Juancho, Ken, Stephanie and Enzo

Last February 17, GMA held a fun and sweet event "Kapuso Instadate" together with the fast rising stars of Kapuso Network. Ken Alfonso, Ashley Ortega, Juancho Trivino, Enzo Pineda, Stephanie Sol, Elmo Magalona and Janine Gutierrez were present during

the said event.

Kapuso Insta Date took place at Relik Tapas Bar & Lounge at The Fort and I must admit, they did a wonderful job decorating the whole place. It looks really romantic!

It's also a perfect chance for all of us Bloggers and some media people to get to know these amazing stars in 3 minutes! Yup, 3 minutes, the rule of the game is to get to know them just like how Speed Dating works but this time we will be updated with their latest projects.

With the last few weeks of More Than Words, Elmo is busy with the last taping days of the said show. He said that this show is very memorable to him because it gave him more time to bond with Janine and their friendship grew deeper with this project. After More Than Words, there are no plans yet for another project but he is looking forward on spending more time with his family and doing some of the things he miss the most.

Since Valentines Day just pass I asked him, "What was the most memorable thing you did for someone on Valentines Day?" Elmo said that since this girl is really special to her, he went to the bazaar where this girl is selling some stuffs and he helped her by buying some of the stuffs at her bazaar. Even to the point of buying all of the things she is selling.

Now, It's time to get to know Ikay or Janine Gutierrez. She said that even though their schedule is hectic because of More Than Words, she will surely miss the whole staff and crew together with her co-actors because they're like a big family. She added that this project gave her more time to be a versatile actress because she can do drama and comedy as well.

I also asked her "What was the most memorable thing someone did for you on Valentines Day?" and she answered with a smile, when she went to Hong Kong Disneyland because it was her first time as well. She really enjoyed this trip because it brings the child at heart of any person who will visit the said place.

Next is the hunky Ken Alfonso. He's done a lot of commercials before and now he wanted to

focus on honing his hosting skills. He was part of Dading last year and this year he is part of Kailan Ba Tama ang Mali. Right now he is also busy with an upcoming show via a travel show at GMA News TV "Touchdown" which airs every Sunday. They'll be checking out different places and new talents to be discovered a s well.

Ken performed that night and admirably, he has good voice which is why I also asked him if ever given the chance, would he also wanted to be launched as a singer? He answered that being in the showniz industry, you have to be flexible which is why he would love to try it as well given the chance.

What was the most memorable thing you did for someone on Valentines Day?

His answer to this is when he cooked something really special for his girl friend and prepared a nice dinner date for her. It was memorable for both of them since it was his first time to cook and it turned out delicious!

It's always nice to interview Enzo Pineda, he is very straight forward and would always engage you in a nice conversation. Not only is he busy with More Than Words, he will be doing an indie film soon plus since he is one of the endorser of Bench, he will be doing something new for the brand as well. He added that he will also be part of regional shows of GMA Network since they will be doing trips around the country and promoting some of the shows of GMA.

In case you're wondering how Enzo stay fit, he is really into sports and he will training soon for the upcoming Triathlon, he is hopping he can join and compete as well. A lot of artists are into Triathlon and have been competing as well like Ryan Agoncillo, Benjamin Alves, Jennylyn Mercado, Drew Arellano and more. Aside from More Than Words, you can also catch him via Sunday All Stars. Enzo said that he loves being busy and doing something continuously. He feels grateful to Kapuso Network for trusting him with the best projects which is why he always gives his best.

What was the most memorable thing you did for someone on Valentines Day?

He remembers during high school he bought a necklace with a locket to this girl and that is the special moment when he said yes to him.

Juancho Trivino was also a part of More Than Words but for a little time only. Right now he is part of Bubble Gang where he showcases his other side of being funny. According to him, since he have tried doing drama and comedy, for him it's still challenging to do a drama role. Maybe because for him, it's natural to be funny. He will be part of an upcoming teleserye via Kapuso Network entitled "InstaDad" together with Ahley Ortega and Gabby Eigenmann.

What was the most memorable thing you did for someone on Valentines Day?

The most memorable for him was when he took this special girl on a date, it was special because they could spend some time together alone and enjoy each other's company, although right now he is taking time off with relationships since he wanted to focus

on his career.

Next on the list is Ashley Ortega. Surprisingly, she is blessed with a lot of projects ever since she became part of GMA Artist Center. This is because she takes her work seriously and is eager to learn more in the industry and from her colleagues. She has been doing TV, ramp and print ads even before she became part of GMA Artist Center and she also a figure skater. Yup! you read that correctly. She is also friends with Michael Martinez although she misses the ice, if she has spare time she would love to go back as well but right now since she is being blessed with projects like Kailan Ba Naging Tama ang Mali and InstaDad, she will focus on this more. She will also graduate soon from High School and would love to take Interior Design course in College or something related to it.

What was the most memorable thing you did for someone on Valentines Day?

As for Ashley, she confessed that she is a member of "NBSB". She has admirers yes and she goes out on dates but right now even before she confides that she haven't meet that special someone that will sweep her off her feet.

Lastly, Stephanie Sol whom we get to know better via her role in More Than Words as Belle. According to her, she's sad because they're taping the last few weeks of More Than Words and she admitted that she truly loves her More Than Words family as well as her role. Her role as Belle challenge her to be something that she was not in real life. To be the third wheel between the famous Elmo and Janine love team is something. She also shared how fun it is working with Elmo and Janine because they are both nice. They're that close even to the other cast that she will totally miss all their bonding moments.

What was the most memorable thing you did for someone on Valentines Day?

According to Stephanie, every date is something she cherish and treats memorable with her special someone. She feels lucky because her boy friend is very supportive of her in terms of her career.

We will surely miss Elmo and Janine once More Than Words bids farewell but hopefully they'll have a new project soon.

Enzo Pineda Spends Time with Enzopipz at Mystery Manila

Mystery Manila is one of the latest craze that challenges people to think & experience new things, to look for creative solutions to difficult problems, to broaden their imagination.

Mystery Manila do this by immersing people in engaging and elaborate mysteries. People ask to solve it with friends because they believe it’s more fun tackling a problem together. Not all times will people get to solve the mysteries. This is the perfect bonding activity with friends or family members, which is why GMA Artist Center chose this exciting activity for Enzo Pineda and his super friends "Enzo Pipz".

Enzopipz won GMA Artist Center's Fan Club of the Year last week at the grand fans assembly. As a prize, they were treated a super fun activity at Mystery Manila with no less than Enzo Pineda.

Once the group is complete, they played a game on how well they know Enzo and they surely know a lot of things about Enzo! 20 question were asked about Enzo, more on personal trivia like his birthday, full name and even his shoe size and they aced this trivia contest!

When Enzo arrived, we drew lots what group and mystery we should unravel. Yes, Bloggers also joined the fun! :) I was part of the Ticking Time Bomb team while Enzo was part of the

Chained Chamber Team, the other one was the Justice for Jamila. Instructions were made in the briefing before the game started and it looks like everyone is excited to unravel the mystery!

Before Enzo's team went inside, they were blindfolded and formed a line while they walk inside a dark room filled chained in the walls. That's it! I will not spoil the fun so that can also try it out in the future! :)

Here are my team mates at the Ticking Time Bomb, although we didn't get the chance to unlock the said bomb, I enjoyed it a lot! It is physically and mentally challenging, I'm glad that we had a group effort while doing the challenge. It was nice to be part of this team!

After the challenge, we head straight to Shakeys for a sumptuous dinner and we were able to interview Enzo for some updates about his latest projects and how close he is with his fans specifically with Enzopipz.

Enzo said he had fun with this activity, although it was a bit stressful, he finds its very challenging and out of the box, "it will put you in a time pressured scene which you don't usually do every day, it is something fresh that people should also try sometimes. You get to use your mind even your body and keen senses to solve the mysteries."

Plans for his All Souls Day, he will be just spending time with his family.

The best thing he can give to his family is time. With Enzopipz, this is his first time to bond with them with this kind of activity, they usually play ordinary games but this time, it's something more exciting.

Once in a while members of Enzopipz would drop by during his taping or shooting, he feels grateful that they are always there to support him, they would even be there in running events just to show support. They've know each other for five years now and through these years, they him very well. Enzo said, "They're not just my fans, they're my friends. Sarap nga ng feeling na andyan sila mga kaibigan ko, they've been through a lot na rin, kung ano yung mga nararamdaman ko & struggles ko in the showbiz alam naman nila yun, when it comes to work and everything, they're one of the reasons why I strive so hard para makakuha ako ng magagandang projects like good roles, good shows kasi ayoko naman masayang mga efforts nila sa akin. I think that's the best thing I can do."

With his upcoming show, "More Than Words", he will be with Elmo Magalona and Janine Gutierrez. He will be portraying the role of "Nate", "bad boy, bully, heart throb, mayaman, may sports cars. Ako yung boss sa school namin, Ako yung mang-bubully kina Elmo and Janine. If I'm not mistaken, Mai-inlove din ako kay Janine. I love my role, very complex sya, he's not just a bad boy, may mga pinaglalaban din sya at gustong patunayan. Si Stephanie Sol is my tandem here, pareho naming pahihirapan ang buhay nila Elmo and Janine here. Si Steph naman, mai-inlove kay Elmo. It's a fun show, mga characters namin, we take it seriously and we collaborate with Direk Andoy so that we can do our roles perfectly." The show is simple but very cinematic according to Enzo, people can very well relate to the story and from Direk Andoy, this will surely give "kilig" to the viewers.

Enzo talks about how bully his character is, "Nate has that redeeming factor in him, the show will also explain why he is acting that way since he is the son of a corrupt official, he doesn't quality time with his family, maybe he is bully because he wanted to be noticed, may pagka-attention seeker sya, marami siya pinaghuhugutan. He wants to grab all the best things life has to offer because he believes that it's the only thing that he has minus love. Anything that will make him look strong but he is very vulnerable. There's been time that he has been very weak but now, he wants to show everyone that he is strong."

This is not the first time Enzo will be working with Elmo and Janine, they've worked together in Together Forever, they were siblings in that show and now, they will be in a love triangle which is completely different with that previous show. At first he said it feels awkward, but he said both Elmo and Janie were very professional, they are all very focus when they are taping. With Direk Andoy, it's also his second time to work with him, the first time is in "Love Bug". He wants to do go in this show because he wants to give a good impression with Direk Andoy who has a lot of achievements.

Enzo Pineda will also be part of the upcoming indie film "Bigkis" together with LJ Reyes, Lauren Young, Mike Tan, Pancho Magno and Ms. Rossana Roces.

Enzo portrays the role of a nurse in the said movie. BIGKIS ( Interwined) is an official selection and will compete at QCinema International Film Festival. Written and Directed by Neal Tan Produced by BG Productions International. Gala Premiere will be at Trinoma Cinema 3 on November 06, 2014 Thursday.

Dormitoryo: New Suspense Thriller Series on GMA Sunday Grande Afternoon Block

What mystery unfolds in the newest TV series of GMA Network "Dormitoryo"?

Dormitoryo is an upcoming Filipino suspense-thriller-drama series to be broadcast by GMA Network starring Lauren Young, Joyce Ching, Enzo Pineda, Ruru Madrid, Winwyn Marquez, Mayton Eugenio, Annicka Dolonius, Ash Nordstrom and Mel Kimura. It is set to premiere on GMA Network on September 22, 2013 on GMA Sunday Grande afternoon block after Sunday All Stars and worldwide via GMA Pinoy TV on September 29, 2013.

According to Lauren Young, this is yet another challenging role for her since in Mundo Mo'y Akin, she portrayed a kontrabida role, in this series, she's more on the protagonist side

where we can see her different acting skills since this is more on a suspense, drama all in one series. “It’s good, kasi, iba naman ang gagawin ko. Siyempre, ayoko naman na from the beginning na palagi kong sinasabi sa inyo, ayoko na palagi akong kontrabida, kontrabida, I want to be able to switch from being kontrabida to the protagonist, antagonist.

“Siguro, it’s also a testing to see kung saan talaga ako magwo-work. Kung bagay ba sa akin ang mabait o bagay ba sa akin ang hindi mabait.”

When she was asked what role she liked best, her answer is, “Masaya kasing maging kontrabida. Sobrang sayang maging kontrabida na inaapi-api mo yung mga tao. At saka, it’s challenging because you make the people hates you and if you don’t make the people hates you, parang hindi mo ginagawa ng tama ang trabaho mo.” She said that she's been dreaming to be an actress ever since, when asked if she will eventually join a Beauty Pageant soon, she said who know? but right now she is more focused on her acting career. The said project is her first lead role after signing her exclusive contract with the network in April.

Although she's top billing the program, Lauren said it's a group project. "I'm happy but I see it as an ensemble, na kung wala 'yung isang tao or character na ito, hindi siya mag work the way it's supposed to work. I don't see it as I'm the lead star, may kanya-kanya kaming moment to shine to show our talents as an artist," she said.

Likewise, Enzo Pineda shares the same excitement with his latest project in Kapuso network and also being paired with Lauren Young. He feels blessed for the projects coming his way and said, "Kailangan mag sipag para makita ng tao na ginagawa mo to not only for yourself but for your supporters as well." “Having two shows in a year, it’s kinda like a big deal, di ba?“Happy ako sa trust na ibinibigay sa akin ng GMA, at happy ako dahil they are willing to invest on me at nakikita nila yung efforts ko.“Yun lang naman din ang gusto kong makita nila—I’m here and I’m willing to be a very good actor.

“Mahal ko ang trabaho ko at gagawin ko ang lahat para maging okay ako.”

Joyce Ching will play a mean girl in Dormitoryo which is a first for her since she always plays the good girl. According to Joyce, "Nakaka-pressure ng konti kasi parang ako nga yung magtataray sa kanya. Sa story pa, mas matanda ako sa kanya so kailangan mas mataas na heels." She and Lauren bonded really well even on and off screen. She added that it's hard to play a mean girl to a super nice girl like Lauren but she has to do her role well.

Ash Nordstrom also stars in this series who is a former figure skater. Before she used to take workshops just to be more effective when it comes to acting.

Ruru Madrid

The series focuses on the search of Hazel Mendoza (Lauren Young), an incoming freshman Mass Communication student at Branwood College, for answers on the death of Maika Benitez who died in the same dormitory she’s staying at—the Holy Spirit Manor. It may just be a mere accident for the police but the dormers have a different speculation on Maika’s death.

Tickling Hazel’s curiosity more is her snappy roommate Weng Dimagiba who believes that Maika’s ex-boyfriend Burn Chavez was the one who pushed Maika into committing suicide.

On her way towards unraveling the cause of Maika’s death, Hazel eventually meets Burn who used to have a secret relationship with Maika. As he tries to help in the case, this heartthrob varsity player soon develops feelings for Hazel. Will he be able to get a shot or is this just his way to distract Hazel?

Ready to comfort Hazel is her batchmate Charlie Chavez. Bringing light to Hazel’s serious personality, this aspiring film director always radiates a positive and friendly vibe. Despite being fearful, boy-next-door Charlie is an avid fan of horror movies. But, will he be brave enough to admit his feelings for Hazel?

Because of the attention Hazel is getting, here comes Airiz De Ocampo all set to take the spotlight. She wants to be noticed and is quite a snazzy dresser. Despite being the talk of the town, this 19-year old flirty girl loves to be at the heart of a scandal. Will she also lure the attention of Burn towards her? And what is her connection to Maika’s death?

Surprises and revelations are yet to be disclosed as Hazel moves closer towards solving the mystery. Will she be able to discover the truth behind Maika’s death or will she suffer the same fate as Maika?
