Meet the cast of WPS

In our struggle to protect our land, we, as Filipinos do our different ways to fight for sovereignty and freedom. For hundreds of years, our ancestors have done everything to protect our mother land and fast forward to the present, we are still fighting for what is ours because this is our territory.

"WPS" is a story of hope and resilience. It explores the power of love, the importance of unity, and the unwavering spirit of a nation determined to fight for its inherent rights and future. It reminds us that even in the face of overwhelming odds, the human spirit can prevail, fueled by love, resolute determination, and the unwavering belief in the power of collective action and the true spirit of nationalism and patriotism for genuine devotion to and love of country and people.

WPS will have Season 1 and 2 a total of 26 episodes, both seasons will air November and in December 2024. AJ Raval and Ayanna Misona will be part of Season 1 and 2 while Chase Romero and Lala Vinzon will be part of the upcoming seasons, so do watch out for it.

Rannie Raymundo and Diana Menezes shared how important this project is to them. Rannie said that this is an advocacy project that he didn't hesitate to accept, he just wanted to be part of it even though they will just get a honorarium for this series. He wanted to be part of a worthwhile project especially when we are niw facing a lot of fake news and conflict about West Philippine Sea. This is his way of helping and inspiring others to fight for what is right. Diana also shared that she enjoyed shooting this series and she gained not only new friends but also a family. She became close with Rannie and Lance Raymundo and the rest of the cast. All of them underwent training so that they will know some action stunts in the series.

Lance Raymundo shared that he is excited about this project because he will be working side by side with his brother Rannie. Although they are always together, working with him gives him adrenaline rush and makes him even more productive. This advocacy series and a must-watch because people will learn more about fake news and how Filipinos are born to be resilient and that each Filipino knows how to prioritize our goals especially when it comes to family and our rights.
