Meet the brilliant cast of Ang Himala ni Niño and why you should watch it

Wednesday, October 09, 2024

In this fast paced world, everyone seems so busy with their struggles in life that most people somehow forgot where to find the source of hope and inspiration.

Most people rarely watch tv nowadays and I am one of them but this may change after watching a few episodes of this new feel good teleserye via TV5.

Last September 30, the highly anticipated prequel to the hit TV5 show “Niña and Niño,” titled “Ang Himala Ni Niño,” premiered on TV5. After captivating audiences with the story of beloved siblings Niña and Niño, this new series takes viewers back to Niño’s past, as he recalls his first encounters with miracles in the quaint rural town of Bukang Liwayway. The story follows Niño and his mother Gloria as they begin a new chapter of their lives in this special place that plays a significant role in shaping Niño’s character and future.

Ang Himala ni Niño Exclusive Viewing Party

Ang Himala ni Niño” features an exceptional cast, with Zion Cruz portraying the young Niño. The show boasts the industry’s finest actors: Freddie Webb as Lolo Mars, K Brosas as Ate Gege, Lilet as Nanay Gloria, Alexandra de Rossi as Marie, Cai Cortez as Kisses, Isabel Oli as Ate Hershey and Carmi Martin as Madam Chona. They are just some of the characters that brings color to this exciting and feel-good teleserye of TV5 and Cornerstone Studios.

Zion who plays Niño plays the role perfectly. He looks so adorable with his cute dimples and can showcase different emotions on screen at a young age and acting side by side with veteran actors. His role as Niño can truly inspire and teach a lot of people about hope and how kids should respect their elders and follow the rules. He is the core of this teleserye, someone who will give light and love to Barangay Bukang Liwayway.

The whole cast was amazing. Honestly speaking. There's no doubt about the acting prowess of Alexandra de Rossi in a special participation, who plays a bit of a villain role in the middle of the story but we're not sure if there's a redeeming factor in the end. I didn't even recognized Isabel Oli as Ate Hershey because of her role as a Strict and old-fashioned Ate. And of course, my favorite characters were Ate Gege and Madam Chona, K Brosas and Carmi Martin. They were exceptionally funny and gives colorful vibes to the story. There's not a dull episode when they are in the scene. Love how Ate Gege shows support to Nanay Gloria and Niño and at the same time how Madam Chona, since she is rich, she actually embodies a demanding and entitled Rich Tita in the province who wants to be the center of attention all the time but in a funny way.

What can I say? I am so invested with Ang Himala ni Niño and I can't wait for the upcoming episodes. There's something about this Barangay that is really promising especially the unique and diverse people living in it with different stories to tell. How can Niño uplift them in their different struggles especially her mother who battles every day just to find a decent work for their future?
