We all know how dependent we are to our mobile phones nowadays. We have access to almost everything at the tip of our fingers and we can even manage our time simply because there are a hundred of apps we can use to make our lives easier.

The E-GRACIA Mobile App was developed as a complementary service to the Gracia Machines. Available for free at the Google Play Store and Apple Appstore, E-GRACIA transforms any smartphone into a mobile payment facility where users may send money, pay bills, reload, and top up other virtual wallets using their accumulated Gracia Wallet credits as mode of payment - anytime, anywhere.

The Gracia Machine entails the physical installation of automated and unmanned stand-alone e-commerce terminals designed to handle financial transactions including local remittances, bills payments, mobile credits reloading, virtual wallet top-ups, and payments for Local Government Units (LGU). The service aims to provide LGUs and their constituencies a safer, faster, and more convenient payment channel in response to COVID-19 pandemic.

Hon. Luis Chavit Singson shared during an interview that E-Gracia Mobile app has been used since the pandemic in the Ilocos Region. It helped a lot of residents mainly because a lot of people were not able to go out that much for health security which is why the mobile app is frequently used to pay bills and more. Even until now, more residents are using it even outside the Ilocos region because of its convenience.
