Another day, another new cafe, this time at the OG foodie district - Maginhawa Street, Quezon City. DARK ROAST COFFEEHOUSE had their grand launch last June 19 and it was indeed a memorable one for John, Jianne, Krista and Eli, the owners of this dark and bold coffeehouse.

It may only be just a few days after they opened their doors to the public, but this new kid on the block is already making many cafe hoppers keep coming back for their rich, bold and aromatic caffeine fix.

One of the many reasons why is because of their cosy, warm aesthetics, courtesy of the dark wood furniture and relaxing ambiance.

What’s on the menu? Coffee! but not just your typical coffee because they only serve the best coffee beans in town and personally, after trying it, it does not have that acidic feels in my tummy unlike the other coffee I have tried and I have tried many! You can definitely taste and smoothness of the coffee once you take a sip.

New on the Menu! Coconut Foam Latte

This is one of my personal favorites aside from the Original Matcha Latte, the matcha goodness is authentic, when I tasted this, it made me love Matcha unlike before. 🍵

Like I said, Matcha lovers will enjoy their selection here especially with their limited edition Coconut Series. The Crème Brûlèe is perfect with a dash of sweet flavor and dark coffee - perfect combination.
