Friday, November 04, 2022It's been two years since the pandemic, and the fear of the unknown and what lies ahead still lingers in my memories and at those times, the overwhelming feeling I had of craving for a certain kind of relaxation that I know I must put aside for awhile until everything is back to normal again. Fast forward today and I am glad I am still here, with God's guidance and love, that I can still go forward and pursue those dreams and wishes I have in my heart.
Finally, the much needed rest and relaxation came to life when I was able to book an overnight staycation at SEDA VERTIS NORTH through KLOOK. You can download this app via google play or iOS store.

Since we're planning to just have a staycation within the metro, we chose Seda Vertis North because I have been eyeing this hotel ever since it opened. I have stayed at their Seda BGC and I really love it plus we had a day tour before at Seda Lio Palawan and I was amazed at how vast the property was and how uniform all these establishments are. They all offer top quality amenities, undeniable amazing service and still at an affordable price. All of these, you can book via Klook 👌
Seda Vertis North is strategically located at the heart of Quezon City, it's just a few steps from Ayala Malls Vertis North and Trinoma and walking distance from SM North Edsa. You can also walk from the Mrt North Avenue station going here from Trinoma.
The lobby is pretty impressive, I love the high ceiling as much as the big space so that it will not be too jam packed once people starts checking out all at once. The ambiance is very nice, the scent is clean and the staff were all very courteous and attentive to your needs.
So, at the front desk I showed them our printed reservation from Klook and everything went smoothly. We arrived at 12noon and we didn't expect to check in ahead since we know check in time is at 2pm but voila! We are lucky since they allowed us to check in at that instant 🎉 We deposited the incidental fee Php 2000 that we can still get after we check out the next day.
The Deluxe Room with Queen Size bed is quite spacious. We also have the City View which offers a nice view at night as well. It has LED TV with Sky Cable programs, a mini sofa and table where you can eat or work if you have a laptop. They also offer wifi. They have plenty of electric sockets so you can charge anytime and anywhere in the room.
This is the coffee/tea nook, where they offer complimentary water (2 bottles) and some coffee sachet and tea. Underneath is the mini ref and all of the drinks there are not complimentary anymore so you will pay for it after you check out.
The bathroom is just as perfect, cleanliness wise, it's superb plus they have all the bathroom essentials that I need plus a hair blower. Another plus factor is that they have a lot of towels and in different sizes. They also ditch those plastic mini containers and replaced it with these big reusable containers of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash which is really nice because these are all organic and we can save the environment as well if we reuse. I also love the scent of these 👌
Amenities are located at the third floor. The pool is very inviting, then there's the gym and also a spa where you can book for a relaxing massage.
Straight Up Bar is located at the 24th Floor, here you can unwind and have a couple of drinks with the view of the sunset. We ordered nachos, beer and also a mango shake. They also have upbeat music which can really set the mood.
The much-awaited buffet breakfast is here! Misto offers all-day dining with a medley of international dishes that you can enjoy indoors. This is also where the Buffet breakfast is served. I love how spacious the dining area is plus they have wide selection of pastries and bread. The view is quite nice too while sipping Latte or Cappucino. You can also order fresh fruit juice or shakes. Located at the Lobby Level. Open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at Seda Vertis North. I can recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful staycation with family or friends. Plus factor for me is the comfortable bed, pillows and comforters. It will not make your back or neck stiff the next day. The room also has a very clean scent, there's no "kulob" factor here and all are well sanitized and clean.
