Mcoy Fundales releases new single 'Ang Forever Ko'y Ikaw' under AltG Records

Former ‘Orange and Lemons’ and KENYO lead vocalist Mcoy Fundales is officially back in the music scene after the Covid-19 pandemic with new single "Ang Forever Ko'y Ikaw" under AltG Records.
Last 2019, Mcoy inked a deal with AltG Records and launched his comeback song "Bakit Kita Hahabulin". Although the Entertainment industry has been widely affected because of the COVID-19 outbreak, it gave Mcoy Fundales more time to focus on his creative juices.

The singer-songwriter describes his latest single which is based on the GMA Morning tv series that he wrote last 2018 starring Camille Prats and Neil Ryan Sese. But at that time, he did't finish the song, he wrote only a few stanza for the opening credits of the said series which gave him more reason to finish it this year to kick off his singing career.
Mcoy describes the song like SERENDIPITY. Just like the tv series Ang Forever Ko'y Ikaw, the male and female were meant for each other because the world conspires for them to be together. Destiny is on their side. He added, "When you meet the one, dalawa lang naman ang pupuntahan nyan eh, it's either yun yung the one that got away or yung forever mo."
Mcoy shared that he himself has find his forever and now has two daughters - 25 years old and 18 years old. He is also a grand dad to a 1 year old baby girl although he doesn't look like it.
Mcoy is not only a Singer and Composer but he is also a Creative Writer. Mcoy is currently part of GMA Network’s creative team as a writer and producer for various shows including Pepito Manaloto, Bubble Gang and All Out Sundays. He was also the scriptwriter for Starstruck season 7, Stories for the Soul and Dear Uge. He is also the Creative Director of Ken Chan and Rita Daniela's Concert, "My Special Love Bobrey". His love for scriptwriting made him say that, "Ito pala ang forever ko.."
Mcoy also dreams of directing, whether a music video or a teleserye, it is in his bucket list and he would love to work with Kapuso stars like Glaiza De Castro, Rhian Ramos, DingDong Dantes and Pokwang as well as Eugene Domingo.
Mcoy plans to release more songs in the future to complete his full length album. Ang Forever Ko'y Ikaw will surely tug your heart when you listen it.
“Ang Forever Ko'y Ikaw” is set to be released on Friday August 19, 2022 under AltG Records.
