LJ Reyes still a KAPUSO as she renews contract with GMA Network

Flashback to 2004 when LJ Reyes was named First Princess during the second season of the reality show “StarStruck,” which was won by Ultimate Female Survivor Ryza Cenon. It's been 17 fruitful years and LJ managed to stay loyal to the Kapuso channel and just recently, she renews her contract maintaining a solid loyalty to the Kapuso channel even more. 

During the Bloggers Conference for LJ Reyes, she mentioned how grateful and thankful she is to GMA Network over the years. Her growth as an actress was developed and managed well by GMA Artist Center and she was given a lot of wonderful projects by the network which is why she couldn't be more blessed. 

Over the years, LJ has managed to be a versatile actress, doing kontrabida roles to Bida roles and also did well in drama, comedy, suspense and horror projects. She has done several projects in the past and she blossomed as years go by. LJ also shared that since she became a Mom, she enjoys hosting stints more now since she can also share tips on how to take care of the household, Mommy advices and more. 

The COVID-19 pandemic hit the Entertainment industry real hard and despite of the crisis, LJ and Paolo Contis managed to have faith and still got some projects and that's made them even more thankful to GMA Network. LJ and Paolo supports one another especially when it comes to their showbiz projects, LJ is happy that Paolo continues to grow as an actor and while she on the other gets to try different aspects like business, vlogging and she also wishes to study again in the future.

LJ shares a lot of their family life on their YouTube channel and their subscribers are growing which is why she keeps thinking of different topics so that she can make her channel even more interesting to the netizens. 

Before LJ became busy as a Mom to Summer and Aki, LJ was one of the most sought after actress because of her love for her craft. She appeared in several Kapuso shows, including 'Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan' (2007), 'Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita' (2008), 'Sine Novela: Una Kang Naging Akin' (2008), 'Yagit' (2014), 'MariMar' (2015), and 'The Cure' (2018). In 2010, she won Best Supporting Actress in Cinemalaya for her outstanding performance in the movie "The Leaving". She also won several awards in the thriller film "Anino sa Likod ng Buwan" in 2015.

For now, since everyone's still busy protecting their selves because of the pandemic, LJ chose to do a few projects so that she can stay more at home with her family since Paolo is also busy doing several lock-in tapings.
