Kapuso OST Princess Hannah Precillas launches new single 'Munting Hiling' and EP 'Sessions' under GMA Music

GMA Network's Bet ng Bayan winner, Dangdut Academy Asia 5 2nd Runner-up and now Kapuso OST Princess Hannah Precillas is ready to take everyone to an emotional ride with the release of her EP under GMA Music entitled “Hannah Precillas Sessions” today May 25. 

Her fans are in for a musical treat through four songs she performed live — ‘Munting Hiling,’ which was composed by Vehnee Saturno and originally performed by Willie Revillame; Ella May Saison’s ‘Hiram na Sandali;’ Carol Banawa’s ‘Awit Kay Inay;’ and a new version of her recently launched single ‘Sabi Ko Na Nga Ba.’

During the Bloggers Conference, Hannah shared how excited she was with the release of her new songs, the first single out of "Hannah Precillas Sessions" is "Munting Hiling". Despite the challenges and the pandemic happening right now, she said that she feels really blessed that she can still continue her passion in music and at the same time still have work.

Hannah shared her experience recording the EP, “It may not be perfect but I want to make sure na ‘yung mga taong makikinig nito ay hindi madi-disappoint. Kasi from the audio recording to video shoot, lahat ay aking “sariling sikap and diskarte” because of the pandemic. But now, I am very happy and very excited for everyone to finally hear it and also I feel so grateful that I’ve done another milestone in my life.”

Hannah also shared that it was a challenge for her to record a song much more the whole Sessions album during the pandemic because she needed to do it on her own, at her very own home. She invested on her gadgets from mic to everything so that she can record the songs perfectly, of course there are a lot of hindrances since she is not recording in a real studio like the noises everywhere but she managed to pull it off. She wishes that the listeners will be inspired by her songs. 

Furthermore, she wants to uplift others through her music, “Gusto kong maiparating sa listeners that no matter what kind of challenges or hardships we face in our lives, if you’re passionate enough to fulfill your dreams and this makes you truly happy, you can surely do something about it to make it happen.”

‘Hannah Precillas Sessions’ will be available for streaming on GMA Music’s YouTube channel, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and other digital stores worldwide beginning May 25.
