Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar redefines cleanliness and safety measures to bring back guests’ confidence in hotel stays and traveling after COVID-19 health crisis.

Hospitality, along with the tourism industry, has been one of the worst-hit as novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and efforts to contain its spread kept everyone homebound.

With hygiene being a top concern in the midst of the pandemic, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar launches “Secured Stays at Las Casas.” Deriving guidance from the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Tourism (DOT), this is an initiative that aims to institute stringent protocols to ensure safety and cleanliness both for guests and its employees.

Assuring its guests that the heritage site adheres to optimum standards of sanitation, Las Casas has been implementing safety measures such as thermal scanning, deploying hand sanitizers in counters and touchpoints, and diligently sanitizing common areas, among others.

In addition, they are set to strictly regulate social distancing including refraining guests from hugging, kissing, shaking hands and holding hands. Increased sanitation measures will also be applied for public areas and bathrooms, as well as key cards and specific touchpoints. Tire sanitation will also be implemented for guests with vehicles.
