Hawker Chan Glorietta 3
Hawker Chan came from humble beginnings when Chef Chan Hong Meng opened his first stall at Singapore's Chinatown Complex in 2009. It's a simple stall but people can't get enough of the Soya Sauce Chicken freshly served by Chef Chan. By 2016, Chef Chan received a Michelin star knew that he had to expand and the rest was history opening branches in Asia and now in the Philippines. Whenever he opens a branch, he makes it sure that the quality remains, he personally tries and test the signature soya sauce chicken himself.
