Dingdong Dantes is the official brand ambassador of PERSIAN AVENUE

There's always an avenue that will cater to our craving needs and when it comes to beef wrap, PERSIAN AVENUE is the answer to that much needed craving since they've been opening a lot of stores nationwide, it's the perfect time to launch their first ever brand ambassador who will represent the brand.

Last March 8, 2019, PERSIAN AVENUE LEVELED-UP with the launch of their newest brand ambassador, the most premium male artist of GMA 7, MR. DINGDONG DANTES. The event happened at the Atrium of SM North Edsa at the Anenex bldg. where one of the strongest branches of Persian Avenue is located. 

The event begun with fun Persian Avenue games for Media and mall-goers followed by a high intensity dance number by I-Crew. 

Mr. Paolo Lapid delivered his opening remarks to welcome all the guests and Jhai-ho, DJ from MOR 101.9, who hosted the event, made a huge intro to welcome Dingdong on stage. The giant screen opened and with all excitement, Dingdong emerged. 

Shortly after, Dindong with his manager, Mr. Perry Lansigan, along with executives of Persian Avenue, President, Mr. Arjay Lapid and Vice-President, Mr. Paolo Lapid signed the contract of endorsement that was followed by a media conference. Ms. Khae Sumait, the General Manager of Persian Avenue joined the panes.

Dingdong mentioned that he was excited about the project because he knew and loved the brand even before the project was offered to him. He said "endorsing them is my pride and pleasure". Mr. Arjay specified that Dingdong is the first and only choice because he has the right imaging for their brand and they have the same values. The shoot with Dingdong as per Mr. Paolo "was a delight", Dingdong was a natural and every frame was perfect.

Finally when the shoot was done, Dindong requested if he can eat the beef wrap that he was holding because it smelled so good. Dingdong Dantes experienced the handy delicious Persian Avenue. 

Along with the launch of Dingdong Dantes, Persian Avenue also introduced 2 new items in their menu:  the CHEESY PITA and OVERLOADED WRAP.  These will surely be a hit to Persian Avenue customers.

More exciting things to look forward with PERSIAN AVENUE. Ads and billboards with Dingdong will rise soon. Likewise expect a Persian Avenue Dance Craze with the launch of the Persian Avenue Jingle. 


On the 1st of May, 2014 PERSIAN AVENUE was established by two passionate foodie brothers - Mr. Arjay Lapid and Mr. Paolo Lapid in the province of Angeles City, Pampanga. 

Their first store was at Marquee Mall-Ayala Mall. From there, they were able to create 34 branches in years. Now they are one of the top players in the industry. 

Their main product is the BEEF WRAP. A sumptuous snack made out of PITA BREAD, 100% SIRLION BEEF with fresh CUCUMBER, LETTUCE, TOMATOES AND ONIONS smothered with their family GARLIC SAUCE secret recipe and HOT SAUCE. 

Another is the CHICKEN PESTO WRAP for those who wants to keep their calorie intake low. CHICKEN BREAST marinated in PESTO SAUCE wrapped in PITA BREAD WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND LETTUCE and amplified with their signature GARLIC SAUCE and HOT SAUCE.

They also have rice meals that hungry customers can enjoy with an unlimited rice option. Rice meals are ground beef soltani, chicken kebab, pork kebab, shrimp kebab, grilled chicken and spicy chicken wings.

They market themselves at DOUBLE A: A for ASPIRATIONAL and A for ATTAINABLE. Their aspirational branding is brought about by their lifestyle imaging, upscale logo colour palette and high end finishing of their stores. They are attainable with their price point having affordable products, unli-rice promo and friendly staff. They are not selling the typical shawarma, THEIRS IS A WRAP/ They have a salad bar look for a finer store presentation. 

Last November, PERSIAN AVENUE finally opened its doors to franchisees that furthered the growth of the brand. In just a short period of 4 years, they have sold more than a million wraps and has 44 stores all over the country including a branch in NAIA, where locals and foreigners are clamouring about their handy deliciousness.
