The Comedy Queen of the Philippines Ms. Aiai Delas Alas expanded her growing business empire by opening another restaurant in Quezon City.

The Philippines is known for having a diverse cuisine, from Spanish to Japanese, Chinese and American, name it, Filipinos enjoys it. Which is why fusion of cuisine is popular in different restaurant across the country and this is the main reason why the comedy queen dive into a new business the for sure Filipinos would definitely enjoy and love.

According to Ms. Ai Ai, she really opted to have a more posh and elegant looking resto like AIsian Fusion, since her target market here is more of the upper scale but she assured everyone that the dishes served are not too pricey and are still very affordable. Her other food business which is Chang Ai Express which is located along Sgt. Esguerra, Quezon City is focused on the yuppies and students plus those who works in the area who wishes to dine in good food but definitely fits their budget.

Chef Daryl shared details on how they conceptualized the menu for AIsian Fusion since this is literally a fusion of different cuisines - Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Filipino dishes.

I specifically love the Premium Siu Mai, I actually love it because you can really taste the perfect combination or pork and mushroom and having said that, the combination is really flavorful, for the price of Php 100 four pieces, this is worth it!
AIsian Fusion also offers Japanese Lunch Sets which is more affordable!
Ms. Ai Ai also shared her favorite dishes at AIsian Fusion which is the Baked Kimchi Seafood Rice and the Crispy Korean Fried Chicken Fondue.
Aside from her growing business empire, the comedy queen is also busy with her showbiz commitments - after The Clash, she is doing Sunday PinaSAYA plus an upcoming movie with the rap group that she manages EX Battalion under Viva Films which has the working title "Sons of Nanay Sabel" then another movie from GMA Films and Regal Films.
