I rarely visit Manila area since I live too far and I know that I need to battle heavy traffic but who can resist Manila? specifically Binondo and Chinatown where you will be charmed with history and culture.

Chinatown was established in 1594, it has always been a busy hub for commerce for the Filipino-Chinese community and has been a must-visit tourist spot for those who want to taste a mix of Old Manila and Fil-Chi culture.The area has undergone several phases of modernization through the years with the opening of progressive establishments, but the essence of its old-world charm has remained intact with the eateries at the esteros, to the mom-and-pop shops that offer products ranging from lucky trinkets to traditional Chinese medicines.

Premiere Room - 1 King Size Bed (Rate is Php 9,000 / night)

The premiere room offers a bigger space for 37 sqm. The floor is carpeted and the room is definitely a no-no for smokers. The furnishings are made of wood that evokes a old world meet modern luxury theme of the hotel

Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided, as are 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water. There's also a mini ref where cold drinks are available. The cabinet contains an in-room safe. There's also a robe available for two and indoor slippers.

The Premiere Room at The Blulane Hotel does not come with a bath tub but the bathroom is perfectly fine. Toiletries are of the in-house brand but the hotel provides the complete set including basic hygiene necessities. What I particularly love are the thick and fluffy instead of the standard bath towels provided – a rarity for this price range in Manila.

I specifically love the shower head because I always make it a point whenever I have staycations to have a nice bathroom because this is where I usually de-stress, and the first thing I check is the shower area.

For breakfast, the media guests were invited to have buffet breakfast at the second floor which is the Blulane Ballroom but the buffet breakfast for guests is at the Mezzanine.
