Jelai Espino: A fresh face aspiring to reach her dreams of becoming a Performer/Actress

Every year, there are a lot of hopefuls who wants to enter the showbiz industry in the hopes of being a big star one day just like their favorite actors and actress as well, some gets lucky and some didn't even had the first step to what they are dreaming of, but the question is, how determined are they to pursue their dreams of becoming a star and making a name of their own.
15 year old Jelai Espino is an aspiring singer/actress who dreams of becoming a star one day. On her very first Blogger's Conference, she narrated that she's nervous and overwhelmed since this is the first time that she will experience having people take photos of her and even answer questions about her but she is willing to know everything about the showbiz industry and she is very determined to achieve her dream.
Jelai is currently Grade 7 at San Beda College. She is the daughter of Butch and Bing Espino who are business entrepreneurs. Jelai said that she is willing to give up her studies if a good opportunity knocks in her showbiz career.
Jelai is now being handled by the same management of Comedy Queen Ms. Ai Ai Delas Alas and according to her, she has learned a lot from Ms. Ai Ai, from acting tips to almost everything and she is very thankful for her support as well.
She has attended Star Magic Acting Workshop and Ogie Diaz Acting Workshop as well plus she has done some commercials and print ads in the past and she continuously join workshops for acting and singing since she also learned a lot from Mr. Vehnee Saturno who also wrote a single for her entitled "Huwag Mong Biruin". Jelai also shared that she has done some shows in the past as well, one is with Michael Pangilinan where she sung an opening act for his show. Her music genre can range from Pop to OPM although right now she also loves listening to KPop songs.
Since Jelai mentioned that she is really eager to be an actress, she said that she wanted to try drama first saying, "gusto ko talaga makita ang sarili ko umiiyak sa screen." Aside from that, if she will be offered to be paired with a love team, she is also willing to do so since most of the stars nowadays started with a love team.
Speaking of love teams, Jelai also mentioned that if she will be given the chance, she would love to work with Daniel Padilla and James Reid because she really looks up to them, both were very good looking and at the same time great actors too. But her very bucket list is to work with her all time favorite actress, the star for all seasons Ms. Vilma Santos. She really loves her movie "Anak" with Claudine Barretto and would want to do some of the scenes with her too.
For now, Jelai is focusing on honing her skills into acting and singing, hopefully she will have a project soon. She admits that she needs to have more confidence and she will work it out soon plus one of the things that is really striking about her is her youthful glow, she really knows how to take care of her skin, you'll know the secret behind her glow soon...
