For a majority of people around the world, Italy is synonymous with pasta, pizza and wine. Well, they are not wrong. As famous as Italy is for its master artists like Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci, it's also equally well known for its delicious cuisine.

So, when in Italy, plunge yourself into the mouthwatering foods because you don’t get Italian food like they make in Italy. Thankfully, you don't have to go that far because here in the Philippines, there are only a number of restaurants that serve authentic Italian dishes, this is where Amici comes in offering flavorful Italian dishes that is perfect for big groups or a date.

During the media launch of the newest dishes of Amici, Bloggers got the chance to have a taste of Italy on a bright and sunny afternoon at their branch in Ayala Triangle.

Classic Interior, the feel of Italian ambiance inside Amici's branch in Ayala Triangle
Amici is known for its wood fire-baked pizzas and al dente Italian pastas, through the years they have proven that the quality of their food and service will surely not deteriorate but would even for the best as time flies by.

Philip Moran, the amiable COO of Amici Foodservice Ventures Inc., said during the launch of their new dishes that Amici is all about creating new and innovative dishes.

“People always look for something new. So we try to come up with delectable offerings that will linger on the taste buds even after the filling meal is over,” he explains.

This is why his brother, Chef Paolo Moran, Executive Chef of Amici will showcase what he learned at Amici based from his experience during his stay at Italy where he also worked as an Executive Chef in an Italian Restaurant.

Amici pushes the Italian flavor even further as it adds exciting flavors to its pizza and pasta repertoire to keep diners coming back for more.

I really enjoyed the taste fest of the newest dishes at Amici. It made me feel that I was really in Italy savoring all their flavorful dishes. My ultimate favorites were the Italian Burger, Pasta Nero and the Bistecca Striploin Steak, in fact all the new dishes were delicious, hearty and sure to satisfy any cravings, truly a must-try but the best part is the dessert. I'm not really a big fan of gelato but when I tried the Matcha Gelato, I really can't tell how many scoops I will order on my next visit at Caramia.
