SEDA BGC Hotel: Club Room at its Finest

The heat of the Summer season can make all of us feel a bit tired and cranky at times. The best way to get that lost energy again and feel refreshed is to try and have that needed break and why not try a staycation?
Who says you have to go out of town to have fun this summer vacation? Staycations are getting more and more popular for several reasons--they don’t eat up so much of your time, you’re never too far away from home just in case you have domestic concerns, and best of all, they are far easier on the pocket. There are a lot of affordable and posh hotel in the metro where you can just ride a grab and head on straight to that hotel or even ride a jeep and walk from there.
So we spent our long weekend at Seda BGC Hotel. Walking distance from SM Sura, Market! Market! and The Fort Strip, this is the perfect place for a staycation just in case you also want to shop or explore the area and even go jogging at night when it's not that hot or at dawn. The vicinity is safe and pedestrian friendly too.
The moment we got to the lobby, most people are either checking out or will check in that day, good thing the staff were all very accommodating and they will attend to your needs immediately.
The check in time is at 2 in the afternoon, while waiting, there's an area in the lobby where you can use MAC computer and check your social media accounts. I was able to do a project (NBS ONLINE) while waiting, isn't that convenient?

The mini ref where you can choose different drink from alcoholic to soda and water. But don't get too excited drinking all of it (or your kids) if you're not ready to pay almost double the price of it in the regular supermarkets once you check out.
The Club Room features a 40-inch LED HDTV, media panel with HDMI, USB and A/V connectivity, iPod docks, and FM stereo. Other amenities include an executive work desk, mini-bar, coffee and tea making facilities, and in-room safe. I'm amazed that they have a flat iron in the room!
The bathroom is just as perfect except I was disappointed they don't have a bidet but just the same, cleanliness wise, it's superb plus they have all the bathroom essentials that I need plus a hair blower. Another plus factor is that they have a lot of towels and in different sizes.
The privilege of the CLUB ROOM is that it has an access to the Executive Club Lounge, guests enjoy more personalized service and attention. The lounge offers breakfast, all-day refreshments, and cocktails.

Cocktails are ready from 2 in the afternoon till 4 in the afternoon.

Off to the Cocktails at the Club Lounge from 5 p.m. till 7 p.m.
It's also unli cocktails that includes wine, beer and more. I chose Baileys because I rarely got the chance to drink one (make it three glass of it) since you know it's quite expensive then a glass of white wine.
OTHER AMENITIES:
Straight Up Bar boasts a spectacular view of the skyline with upbeat music, great drinks and delicious "pica-pica" at night. Located at the Roof Deck. Open from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Misto offers all-day dining with a medley of international dishes that you can enjoy "al fresco" or indoors. This is also where the Buffet breakfast is served.
Located at the Lobby Level. Open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Check out what I had for breakfast. Totally a big breakfast to kick start my day and they have a lot of choices too, from salad to soup and more.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at Seda BGC Hotel. Although it was just an overnight stay, quite a quick stay, I really enjoyed it, it was memorable because this is the first time that I got the chance to have a staycation that includes afternoon tea and cocktails which is the privilege of staying in a Club Room. Another plus factor is that they offer the best bed, it's very comfortable, the one that will not make your back felt stiff and aching the next day.
I can perfectly recommend this to families out there or for those who will be celebrating their anniversaries. They can take advantage of the wonderful amenities and privileges as well which is well worth it for its price. (This is a sponsored post)
