Manila, which is the capital of the Philippines is one of the most crowded areas in the country. This why at night, it is very important that the surroundings will be well lit. I usually go to Manila specifically at Divisoria and Quiapo and I've seen a lot of wonderful changes lately. Thankfully, another good change welcomed us when the City Government of Manila inagurated a Solar-powered LED signboards with street lights along Quezon boulevard and the event happened at Quaipo, Manila.
