Being a well-travelled executive to several countries already, Acer, Inc. President and CEO Jason Chen, he usually does 7 things whenever he’s in a particular country: Publication meeting with employees, business updates, talk to media, visit the service center, customer meetings, visit to retail shops, and meet executives for team building.

For him, it’s the voice of the service people that he wants to listen to and show care to them. Describing himself, being the company’s main representative, he says he is a man with “temperature,” and he wants Acer to also have temperature that clients can feel, touch and be comfortable with.
