The Best of Chico & Delamar's On Air: The Morning Rush Top 10

Since I missed reading different genre's of books and reading books as well, I recently bought a copy of The Best of Chico & Delamar's on air, The Morning Rush Top 10. So why did I bought this book? I've been a fan of Chico & Delamar for as long as I can remember and I'm not saying that I'm old nor Chico & Delamar :)) the thing is, I really love their tandem, there is something about them that is really addicting and before, I remember me and my friend are having this illusions that maybe one day Chico & Delamar would end up with each other. Who knows, let's never test Fate. :))
Back to their wholesome and life changing book :) I also bought the book simply because I just love their Top 10! who doesn't? after listening to it, it'll be the talk in the school, in the office. Talk of the town and I'm not exaggerating. There were times I can overheard passengers in the fx talking about the latest Top 10. Can't blame them, it's really engaging.
The highlight of the book is simple, a compilation of their best Top 10 over the years and talk about how many Top 10 they've covered for the last years or so. According to National bookstore, it already snagged the first spot on the local best seller lineup and this month, according to Summit Books, they have ordered a reprint because it is still very in demand in different bookstores! :)How cool is that?:) This book was released last December 2011 to coincide with the 15th year anniversary of The Morning Rush with Chico & Delamar,one of the longest running FM radio show in the country and has won several awards like KBP Golden Dove Awards and more.
One of my favorite Top 10 is the Top 10 Taray Qoutes! While reading this, I can't help but laugh even though I'm the only one in the room, my mom even asked me what's going on :)) Here's one entry:
Girl 1: "Bakit ang sama mo makatingin?" Girl 2: "eh ikaw, bakit ang sama mo tignan?"And the list goes on. If you want to have a hearty laugh and just relax, take a break, read this book and you'll definitely love it. I recommend it. :) Too bad I didn't get the chance to have my book signed or an photo op as well :( Calling the dynamic duo,hoping I can have my book signed someday, it'll be a dream come true if I can meet them as well :))
