Watch an Inspiring story of Anton Asuncion in his film ANTON's Heart
Anton Asuncion Tuesday, July 10, 2018
There's nothing greater than a Mother's unconditional love to her children and the will to survive and withstand anything for the sake of your love ones.
Anton's Heart is inspired by a true story of a boy who wishes to become a superhero, but a rare heart condition which his parents have to bear prevents him to do Superhero stuff.
Anton Asuncion shared how he enjoyed the experience of doing his own feeling saying that this is a dream come true for him since he also wanted to be an actor. He assured everyone that he is healthy right now and with God's grace, he can very well do different activities.
The film stars Alma Concepcion as Maite Defensor, Anton's Mom. Ms. Maite Defensor shared what is what like back when Anton was still a child battling his heart surgery. She said that it was a big miracle and she is glad she will be able to share Anton's story to everyone so that it will inspire and give hope to the viewers.

I was able to watch Anton's Heart last June 23 at SM Megamall on its Special Screening and I just want to say that I'm glad how Anton grew up to be such a brave and loving young man. His dream of becoming a superhero somehow came into reality because he has a big heart that he wanted to help others who are in need, his friends, his family and even those who are completely strangers to him. This will make you realize that there's no such thing as big or small amount of kindness that we can share to others and Anton's has a lot to give. It was also tackled in the film how a mom will do anything just to give his son a wonderful life no matter. I truly understand how the feeling of Anton that he just wanted to be treated like a normal kid. When I was a kid as well, I was sickly, which is why my Mom would prevent me to play outside, even play in the rain and a lot more, back then as a KID, i felt like I was missing a lot of things but now it makes more sense as an adult, a mother's love can be a little overprotective at times but this is the main reason why having parents is truly special, they will shower you will love and attention. I wish Anton good health all the way and may all his dreams do come true in the future.
Ms. Michelle Defensor's role in the film is an added comic relief since she really goes all the way as a "yaya" to Anton, her natural aura plus her cute and funny lines is a big hit in the movie.
