It's Me, Gracee: Diana Stalder services

Diana Stalder promotes beauty routines plus the best facial for your skin

Beauty Friday, September 27, 2019

Let's face it, no matter what we do, the current situation of our surroundings is very much polluted and the only thing that we can do to maintain our face to be clean and healthy is to wash our face often but we can level this up more. Diana Stalder is here to save the day!

A basic facial will clean those greasy pores and exfoliate any dead skin cells lying on the top of your skin. To avoid dry, dull, and brittle skin, you need to follow Diana Stalder’s skin care regimen!

Here’s a list of beauty tips that can prove to be very helpful:

1. Cleanser – We advise clients to have their skin cleansed twice a day (minimum).

2. Toner – Soaps, alone, cannot remove the dirt stuck inside the pores; causing blackheads and whiteheads. Use a toner after cleansing; this will help remove skin impurities.

3. Moisturizer – Dry and dull skin affects the skin’s aging; moisturizers can help our skin relax. Applying moisturizers on your face before bed time can help in cell regeneration.

4. Day Cream – Sunscreen is an important factor that is sometimes neglected. Putting on sunscreen 30 minutes before going out, and re-applying every 2 hours, is the right way to prevent your skin from sun damage and pigmentation.

Cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and the use of sunscreen are important. Our skin is exposed to pollution, car exhaust, cigarette smoke and other pollutants on a daily basis that can damage the skin. Diana Stalder provides services that would help the skin be refreshed and clean.

Diana Stalder offers a free skin analysis to our valued clients to be able to check on their skin condition before any treatments or buying products. This would help in determining skin moisture, level of pigmentation, elasticity, and the appropriate sunscreen SPF needed.

Facial Deluxe is one of Diana Stalder’s classic treatments that provide a total cleansing procedure, including 15 basic signature facial steps with deep washing, toning, and comedone extraction.

Diamond Supreme Plus is a treatment which helps in skin exfoliation, lightens pigmentation and acne scars. It also provides relaxation with our premium Casmara Ampoule. This is a shock treatment applied with a face, neck and upper chest massage. This is beneficial in nourishing the skin.

Ultimate Power Peel is a treatment that has an intense whitening procedure with a glycolic application and the mechanical use of the diamond peel machine that helps in removing dead cells from the skin’s surface making the skin radiant and healthy.

Painless Facial is a treatment using galvanic machine, it helps ease extraction making comedones easier to prick with the process called iontophoresis and desincrustation, it helps in making the skin smooth and clean without feeling pain.

Diana Stalder center also has a Cafe which offers fresh green salad and no-preservative juices that are made from premium quality ingredients at Diana Stalder Gateway and Megamall branches.

Diana Stalder Anti-Aging System: Unmask that youthful glow

Beauty Monday, September 17, 2018

Without proper care, your skin could start aging faster than the rest. So it’s always a good idea to recognize the signs of skin aging prematurely and learn what you can do to prevent it.

Obviously, some aging is inevitable. You’re not going to get to age 70 without a few fine lines and wrinkles to show for it. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do everything you can to stave off the aging process and keep those wrinkles from getting a head start. Begin by acquainting yourself with the tell-tale signs of premature aging.

Aging is a process that almost every person fears. Changes in the skin inevitably happen as years pass. Gravity causes skin to droop downwards due to its continuous pull on our bodies and facial skin. Also, exposure to UV light or Ultraviolet radiation, breaks down our skin’s connective tissue which speeds the natural aging process and becomes the primary cause of early wrinkling.

For better knowledge of ageing skin, we have to watch out for the

following signs:

1. Dryness

2. Lines and wrinkles

3. Thinning of the skin

4. Sagging

5. Appearance of age spots

Knowing all these signs, we can somehow delay the process of aging by taking special care of our skin.

There are 8 ways to reduce premature skin aging:

1. Eat a healthy and well-balanced diet

2. Protect your skin from the sun

3. Drink less alcohol

4. Exercise often

5. Good skin care

6. Plenty of sleep

7. Avoid high amounts of stress

8. Avoid smoking

Let it also be known that collagen plays an important role in maintaining a youthful skin. These are normally present in abundance together with elastin when we are young, but start to diminish as we reach the age of 35. Collagen and elastin becomes disconnected resulting in the sagging of skin.

Top 10 anti-aging ingredients:

1. Caffeine - a central nervous system stimulant of the methylxanthine class. It is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive drug. Unlike many other psychoactive substances, it is legal and unregulated in nearly all parts of the world.

2. Glycolic Acid - the smallest α-hydroxy acid with a chemical formula of C₂H₄O₃. This colorless, odorless, and hygroscopic crystalline solid is highly soluble in water. It is used in various skin care products. Glycolic acid is found in some sugar crops.

3. Green Tea - a type of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to make oolong teas and black teas.

4. Hyaluronic Acid - also called hyaluronan, is an anionic, nonsulfated glycosaminoglycan distributed widely throughout connective, epithelial, and neural tissues.

5. Hydroquinone - also known as benzene-1, 4-diol or quinol, is an aromatic organic compound that is a type of phenol, a derivative of benzene, having the chemical formula C₆H₄ (OH) ₂. It has two hydroxyl groups bonded to a benzene ring in a para position.

6. Kojic Acid - a chelation agent produced by several species of fungi, especially Aspergillusoryzae, which has the Japanese common name koji.

7. Lactic Acid - an organic compound with the formula CH₃CHCOOH. In its solid state, it is white and water-soluble. In its liquid state, it is colorless. It is produced both naturally and synthetically.

8. Plant Stem Cells - innately undifferentiated cells located in the meristems of plants; serve as the origin of plant vitality, as they maintain themselves while providing a steady supply of precursor cells to form differentiated tissues and organs in plants.

9. Retinol - also known as Vitamin A₁, is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. As a supplement, it is used to treat and prevent vitamin A deficiency, especially that which results in xerophthalmia.

10. Vitamin C - also known as ascorbic acid and L-ascorbic acid, is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. The disease scurvy is prevented and treated with vitamin C-containing foods or dietary supplements.

We learned a lot from skin aging and how to prevent it from the experts during the Diana Stalder Unmask the Youthful Glow event at SM Megamall branch with fellow bloggers and members of the press.

Ms. Kristine Solis and Ms. Pamela Albar shared their stories of how they overcome some of their challenges when it comes to skin irritations, dark skin and skin aging plus how they overcome it using Diana Stalder products and treatments which effectively have amazing results on them.

Ms. Pamela shared that to overcome skin aging, she makes it sure to get her skin pampered via Diana Stalder Derma Lift treatment to prevent her skin from sagging plus the anti-aging kit of DS. Ms. Kristine on the other hand used Diana Stalder whitening specifically Papaya Kojic soap to whiten her skin plus skin yoga on her face.

We also tried the free skin analyzer in order for us to know what perfect Diana Stalder products we can use to treat our skin plus we also learned the elasticity of our skin, this is where I learned that I badly needed collagen since I have very low collagen on my skin, at my age it's quite alarming, it's probably because I rarely use sunscreen especially when I travel and go to the beach, now I really need to use sunscreen and moisturizers to make my skin supple and healthy.

We also toured the area at Diana Stalder Megamall branch where you get to experience skin pampering and other available treatments you may want to use.

For lunch, we had a mouth-watering healthy dish with watermelon drink from DS Cafe.

Lou Ventigan, Blogger from lemongreenteaph.com tried out Dermalift treatment

“Diana Stalder’s Anti-Aging Kit (COLLAGEN SOAP, DUAL ACTION TONER, SKIN REVITALIZER, BB CREAM) is specially formulated to reduce the signs of aging, it keeps the skin hydrated to maintain its suppleness and delay wrinkle formation.”
